Each session fosters self-awareness, inner harmony, and a gentle connection between mind and body.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids

Children are invited on a gentle, playful journey through breath, body, and feelings. These sessions foster self-expression, confidence, kindness, and self-awareness, allowing joyful exploration and discovery. Family yoga options encourage shared connection, emotional awareness, and inner resilience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

About Me

From childhood, I was drawn to curiosity, stories, philosophy, and the art of imagining new worlds. Life’s detours carried me far from that path, through cities, travels, and challenges, always learning, observing, and experimenting along the way.
Mindfulness, yoga, and holistic practices became my compass, guiding me back to myself, to the creativity, care, and curiosity I had always carried.
Today, I channel that journey into facilitating, creating, and co-designing experiences for children, adults, and communities, weaving together movement, language, and imagination, in spaces where self-expression and self-exploration are nurtured, and where everyone can quietly find their way back to what matters most.
